International Orders – Payment
Bank transfer and the PayPal are the payment way we accept, bank information are as following. Please “do not” pay once you place order, we need to check the best shipping fee for you, then we will offer Paypal invoice, whether invoice via email.

International Orders – Shipment
Shipment – FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL from Taiwan
The FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL shipping service are available in TW, you can pay with your own account number, whether we estimate shipping fee with our account discount and will arrange the shipment after your indication.
EMS from Taiwan
We ship International orders from Taiwan via EMS (International Express Mail Service), which is reasonable cost and parcel track service is available via following link, https://postserv.post.gov.tw/pstmail/main_mail.html?targetTxn=EB500201.
We will estimate the box weight and offer you the shipping cots after we receive your order. Please arrange the payment after we email you.
Kindly notice, all customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped and all shipping charge are not refundable.

JIE HONG GEM CO., LTD. is not responsible for the taxes and duties. Please contact Customs office in your country, if there is any question about the taxes and fees. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Return Policy
We accept the return goods within 14 days since we ship. Please email us, info@jiegem.com
We will reply you about the shipping way and address once we receive the email from you.
We will do full refund to your Paypal (minus shiping charge) or bank account (minus shiping charge and bank charge from your side), once we receive the return goods. Please offer the tracking number after you return it via email thank you.
Please wrap them in bubble wrap carefully to avoid any damage during the shipping.
